The draft programme for the 2019 APA conference has been announced today and is attached below.
The conference will be held in Glasgow between 31 October – 1 November 2019. The venue will be the Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central, 36 Cambridge Street, Glasgow.
The programme includes speakers a variety of guest speakers including those from the Scottish Food Enforcement Liaison Committee, the Food, Science and Technology department of the University of Nebraska, Food Standards Agency Scotland, and Fera Science Ltd,
