  • APA President discusses the role of Public Analysts with Plymouth University students


    APA president Jon Griffin, recently spoke to students at Plymouth University as part of a series of Royal Society of Chemistry lectures.

    After a morning touring the the university laboratories Jon spoke to the students. The talk covered the history of the Public Analyst role, the network of labs, the range of analysis carried out and the techniques involved, as well as the route through the MChemA qualification and the future of the service. The talk concluded with a lively Q&A session with many of the students expressing an interest in a career in the profession
